Hi, my name is Stathi Savvidis, and I am a devoted writer from Brooklyn, Connecticut. Since I was young, I’ve had a strong passion for storytelling, specifically in sports. From reading books by Mike Lupica to reading articles by Bob Ryan and Bill Simmons, I’ve always enjoyed sports journalism and learning the history of the Celtics, Red Sox, and Patriots.

I earned a B.A. in Journalism at Roger Williams University in the graduating class of 2024. During my time at Roger Williams, I interned at the Communities of Hope, where my duties included developing a solutions story related to the Rhode Island housing crisis, assisting students with their own stories, and helping them with the interviewing process. I also wrote in the sports section for the Hawks Herald, covering the 2024 spring sports teams and major sporting events going on.

In January 2025, I began writing for Fansided’s Chowda and Champions channel, where I cover topics related to the Boston sports teams.
